President-elect Donald Trump was back on the links Sunday at his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, with players including South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham and real estate investor Steve Witkoff, sources told Page Six.
Las Vegas mogul Steve Wynn was also at Trump’s club, we hear.
A source has told us that Wynn – allegedly been an advisor to Trump’s transition team – has been eyeing a new property in Palm Beach after him sold a $66 million mansion in 2023 to coffee magnate Bob Stiller.
Wynn had purchased the property in 2019 for $49 million.
He is known as a successful real estate flipper who is praised by Trump for his real estate moves.
In 2022, the former casino magnate has released a whopping $8 million on a home visit in Palm Beach after owning the property for just a year, records showed.
There is one “Trump Bump” in local real estate that we previously reported on since the election — that includes “Cheers” star and Trump supporter Kelsey Grammer who recently visited a $12.9 million home overlooking Trump’s private club Mar-a-Lago.
Trump has Witkoff elected as his envoy to the Middle East.
A source said: “Trump has never looked better, happier or more engaged. He basks in the glory of winning.”
The source added: “Old-school people in PB say, ‘We’ve never seen anything like this happen in PB – not even in the days of JFK’s wintry White House.’ . . Palm Beach is on fire and it’s all about Trump.”
